Create a List of Questions and Intention
Before the session, please set an intention and create a list 3-12 questions for your highest self. We will narrow these down to a handful of the most important questions.
Please email your list to jill@ascendi.co at least 24 hours in advance of your session (you will receive a session reminder 24 hrs and 1 hr beforehand).

Family/Relationships
Why have I never had a good relationship with my mother?
Why can’t I communicate with my deceased loved one?
Why did I choose my current family?

Why can’t I communicate with my Higher Self?
I want more contact with my Spirit Guides

I think I may have had an ET experience when I was 10. Can I find out?
My dad left our family when I was a baby and disappeared. What happened to him?
I had a near death experience last year when I was in a car accident. I want to ask about that.

I am not completely sure I want to have children; can I ask my Higher Self?
Should I pursue a new career? I’ve always wanted to be an artist.
Health
I have had 3 kinds of cancer and it keeps coming back, why? Can we heal that?
I need to regrow cartilage in my knee – is that possible?
I am allergic to cats and dogs, but I love them. Why is that? Can we heal my allergies?
Prep your Space & Technology
Space: Be in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed and can recline or lay down for comfort and allow your spine to be supported. If you tend to fall asleep during meditation I would recommend sitting rather than lying down (I often sit for my regressions).
Blanket: you might feel cold during the session so please have a couple of blankets nearby
Headphones with a microphone: suggested for clarity of hearing; no wireless headphones
Charged computer: be sure your laptop or phone is fully charged or plugged in prior to the session.
Glass of water: for water alchemy segment
Eye mask (not essential): any cover like a scarf or small towel would work.

Visualization Practices
1 - Lemon Exercise
This is a classic example of how our bodies respond to our imagination “as if” it was a physical reality.
Imagine walking in to your kitchen, opening up your refrigerator and finding a bowl of large, fresh lemons. Take the bowl out and set it on the counter.
Choose a lemon and feel its cold and bumpy texture. Roll it between your hands.
Set the lemon down on a wooden cutting board and find a sharp knife and cut the lemon into two pieces.
Feel the liquid on your fingers and smell the fresh lemon juice scent fill your nostrils.
Now, pick up one of the lemon halves and bite down into it with your teeth. Allow a big mouthful of cold juice over your tongue and swirl it around your mouth before swallowing.
Very few people do not have a physical reaction to the lemon exercise!
2- Delivery Man Exercise
Imagine someone knocking at your door. Walking to your door. Describe the door: material, color, handle.
Open the door and find a delivery man with a package for you. Describe him: color of hair, eyes, skin, clothing, etc.
Next, describe the package, size, weight, shape, etc.
Then open the package and describe what is inside.
3 - Recorded 40-minute Regression (optional)
This recording is much like a group regression where there's no interaction between the guide and individual. It’s great practice before a private session to increase your ability to access other lifetimes.
My #1 tip is to let yourself imagine and make up what you might be seeing or experiencing with all your senses. Even after all these years, I still initially ask myself, "Am I just making this up?!" Let whatever you see or sense unfold with patience, openness, and get rid of your expectations of what should happen.
TIPS
Wear headphones!
Feel free to sit or lie down - whatever is comfortable
Eyemasks can also be helpful to get into the experience
When the audio is over, please ground yourself in the physical world. Drink some water, eat something, get your bare feet onto the earth, take a bath, go for a walk. If you like, journal your experience to integrate your experience

Choose a time and place when know you won’t be interrupted, including interruptions from your pets
Don’t listen to this recording while driving, operating machinery or tools, or any activity that requires your attention
