Whether through one-to-one or in group, she brings warmth & candor in challenging clients to see limiting patterns & to align with their soul’s secret sauce: an energized version of who they already are.

Jill has a professional background in behavioral medicine & research in health, psychology, leadership & organizational change. She is a certified ontological coach through Newfield Network & ICF, with extensive training as an AlchemE Mentor in quantum energetics with Epienergetics & is an Advanced Licensed Teacher of S Factor, a feminine embodiment practice. Married to a serial entrepreneur & stepmom to two adult kids, Jill also genuinely appreciates the intersection of relationships with family business.

A bit of my story

Chronic pain. Panic attacks. Divorce. depression. Financial flatline. health crisis - these were a call for more

I grew up a geeky & awkward small-town kid who escaped through books & sports. Through my messy 20s & 30s, I completed a MSc & had a successful research career by running full tilt. Burnt out with chronic pain & migraines, life completely collapsed.

After finally facing the truth, I left a marriage & a PhD I had no business being in, landing in the hospital with panic attacks, medicated to the hilt & wiped out financially. Thank god for my longtime mentor who gave me the confidence (& a new job) to restart life.

By “accident” I signed up for coach training & it turned my life around. I’d found my calling. Clients were having similar breakthroughs & successes, & I started winning awards for my work with them. I went all in on transformational work with the best: Tony Robbins, Donny Epstein, Miss Jaiya, Alison Armstrong, Master Co, plus more.

Then a mystery heart issue shut everything down the week of my 39th birthday. After months of suffering, energy healing was the ONLY thing that resolved it. My life’s path was redirected yet again to a passion for invisible universal forces at play in our lives. Energy is everything! I now guide others to experience their secret sauce - their unique energetic & feminine nature - that turns on their whole life.
